What Are the Differences Between Different Materials, Structures, and Specifications?
(1) 304 Stainless Steel
Advantages:
Good corrosion resistance, good strength, wide range of applications, and moderate cost.
Applicable Conditions:
Regular outdoor environments, landscape misting systems, general industrial environments, and standard water quality.
Notes:
Not recommended for long-term use in high-salt, high-humidity, or highly corrosive environments. 316 stainless steel is recommended for coastal and salt-spray environments.
(2) 316 Stainless Steel
Advantages:
Better corrosion resistance than 304 stainless steel, especially in salt-spray, humid, and certain corrosive environments.
Applicable Conditions:
Coastal areas, salt-spray environments, high-humidity environments, certain corrosive environments, and projects with higher corrosion-resistance requirements.
Notes:
The cost is relatively higher. The appropriate material should be selected based on the actual environment, water quality, and level of corrosion.
(3)Push-to-Connect Brass Tee
Advantages:
Quick and easy installation, helping improve on-site installation efficiency.
Features:
Uses a push-to-connect design without the need for complicated tools, making it suitable for applications where installation convenience is important.
(4)Brass Compression Connection
Advantages:
Easy installation and good sealing performance, helping reduce the risk of water leakage.
Applicable Conditions:
Recommended for installation environments with temperatures above 0°C.
Notes:
Not recommended for environments with significant temperature fluctuations, frequent temperature changes, or extreme temperatures, to ensure connection stability and service life.
(5)Stainless Steel Clip Connection
Advantages:
Good sealing performance, low risk of leakage, high durability, and long service life.
Features:
Stainless steel provides good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring long-term reliability.
Notes:
The product cost is relatively higher, and installation requires greater precision. Proper installation procedures should be followed.
What Problems May Occur During Operation?
1. Nozzle Clogging and Reduced Atomization Performance
This is one of the most common issues encountered during the operation of misting systems.
Customers may experience:
No mist coming from the nozzle
Reduced mist output
Uneven mist distribution
Some nozzles operating abnormally
Reduced atomization performance after a period of use
These issues are mainly related to impurities in the water, scale buildup, debris in the piping, or insufficient maintenance of the filtration system.
How to solve it?
Establish a regular maintenance schedule. Regularly inspect the filters, clean or replace filter elements, and check the nozzles. These measures can effectively reduce the risk of nozzle clogging and reduced atomization performance.
2. What If the Wind Is Too Strong?
Strong wind is an important consideration for outdoor misting systems, especially in scenic areas, parks, camping sites, factories, mines, and stockyards.
Strong winds may cause mist to drift, change the coverage area, and reduce the effectiveness of dust suppression or cooling.
How to solve it?
Outdoor misting performance can be affected by wind speed, temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions. The system should therefore be designed according to the actual site conditions.
The issue can be minimized by optimizing nozzle layout, adjusting spray direction, using zone control, and adjusting operating times according to environmental conditions. Where necessary, local wind protection measures can also be added.
3. Why Is the Mist Stronger in Some Areas and Weaker in Others?
During operation, you may notice that nozzles closer to the main unit produce more mist, while nozzles at the end of the piping produce less mist. Mist pressure may also drop when multiple nozzles are activated simultaneously.
Possible causes include:
Improper main unit selection
Too many nozzles
Excessively long piping
Improper pipe diameter
Too many zones operating simultaneously
Insufficient pump pressure or flow rate
How to solve it?
A misting system should not be designed based on pump pressure alone. The system needs to be properly matched according to the number of nozzles, piping length, zoning method, and site layout. With a properly designed system based on the actual application scenario, these issues can generally be avoided.
4. Maintenance: How Often Is Maintenance Required?
Daily inspection:
Check whether the mist is operating normally, whether there are any water leaks, whether the main unit is functioning properly, and whether the nozzles are working normally.
Regular inspection (every 1–3 months):
Check the filters, nozzles, piping, electrical system, and pump unit.
For long-term shutdown:
Drain the system, clean the components, inspect the equipment, and take necessary anti-freezing measures.

Project Delivery
The supplied products are mainly high-pressure misting systems. System solutions are designed by our professional engineering team according to the actual project requirements and site conditions.
For overseas projects, we can provide remote technical guidance for installation and commissioning, helping customers complete the system installation and implementation on site.
1. Client's Key Challenges
Kok-Tobe Scenic Area is located in a mountainous landscape with significant variations in terrain. The original landscape lacked visual layering and interactive experiences, making it difficult to create distinctive attractions for visitors.
During summer, some areas are exposed to direct sunlight, reducing visitor comfort and limiting the time visitors are willing to stay. At the same time, the landscaped areas require sufficient water supply. Therefore, the project needed to integrate multiple functions, including landscape enhancement, environmental cooling, and plant maintenance.
2. Supplied Products & Solution
Based on the site's terrain and landscape requirements, Chengdu Jinsheng Wusen designed and supplied 5 forest misting system units using high-pressure fine misting technology.
The system was divided into different zones according to the mountain terrain and vegetation distribution. An intelligent control system enables automatic misting with scheduled and zoned operation.
The system creates a natural and atmospheric forest mist effect that blends harmoniously with the mountains, vegetation, and surrounding architecture, creating a rich, dynamic, and immersive landscape experience.
3.Project Implementation
Before installation, the technical team conducted an on-site terrain survey and analyzed the required mist coverage.
The main pipelines and misting points were carefully planned according to the mountain slopes, landscaping layout, and visitor routes.
During installation, high-pressure pipelines were installed in a concealed manner to maintain the overall visual harmony of the landscape. The team also completed system commissioning, misting effect optimization, and intelligent control parameter settings.
After completion, the system has operated stably, providing both landscape enhancement and plant maintenance.

6. Client Feedback / Acceptance
After completion, the project successfully passed on-site acceptance. The misting system has operated reliably, with natural and uniform mist distribution, significantly enhancing the overall landscape atmosphere.
The client highly recognized the equipment stability, misting performance, and overall installation quality, and the project achieved its expected objectives.
Wuhan - SKP Shopping Mall - Cooling
1. Client's Key Challenges
Wuhan experiences long periods of high temperatures during summer. The outdoor plazas and pedestrian areas of Wuhan SKP are exposed to direct sunlight, resulting in high surface temperatures and shorter visitor stay times, which can affect the overall commercial atmosphere and customer experience.
At the same time, the project had high requirements for equipment appearance, aesthetics, and operational stability. The cooling system needed to improve outdoor comfort and enhance the commercial environment without compromising the overall visual appearance of the architecture.
2.Supplied Products & Solution
Based on the site's environment and application requirements, Chengdu Jinsheng Wusen customized 10 Polar Bear Smart Fine Mist Cooling Systems for Wuhan SKP.
The system uses high-pressure fine mist cooling technology, combined with concealed piping installation and an intelligent control system to achieve precise misting, automatic start/stop, and zone control.
The system integrates naturally with the commercial architecture and landscape environment, improving pedestrian comfort while effectively reducing outdoor heat and creating a high-quality commercial leisure space.
3. Project Implementation
Before installation, the technical team conducted an on-site survey of the commercial district and planned equipment locations and mist coverage based on pedestrian flow, building facades, and outdoor leisure areas.
During installation, concealed piping was used to ensure that the equipment remained coordinated with the surrounding architecture and landscape.
After installation, the system underwent comprehensive testing and commissioning, including system pressure, misting performance, and intelligent control parameters, ensuring stable operation and the expected cooling performance.
